Joint Commission Approved

Our Center has earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation by demonstrating compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects an organizations commitment to providing safe, effective patient and resident care. Our Center underwent a rigorous on-site survey. During the review, Joint Commission expert surveyors evaluated compliance with nursing care center standards related to several areas, including assistance with activities of daily living, coordination of care, staff education and training. Surveyors also conducted on-site observation interviews with leaders and staff of the organization.

Google 4+ Customer Rating

Handling more than 5.4 billion searches per day, Google is the most used search engine on the World Wide Web. To help their algorithms sort through billions of web pages and provide the most relevant results to their users, Google provides consumers with an opportunity to leave a business review, which includes a rating from one star (poor) to five stars (excellent). Google then averages the ratings to determine an overall star rating.

I'm really surprised by some of the reviews I've seen- that was not our experience. Everyone was friendly, caring, and helpful. Any concerns that came up during my mom's stay were immediately addressed and monitored. There's is a difficult job and it takes a special person to do the work they do- imminent grateful for all they did for us. Aricka in the business office was patient and supportive in helping us navigate through medicaid and the transition for my mom into assisted living. My mom misses everyone there and if it was needed would choose them in heartbeat.
